A crane to service a helicopter

The company J B Rawcliffe & Sons Ltd has recently used its Fassi F425RA.2.23 e-dynamic crane to assist the emergency services. The heavy haulage specialists, based in Lathom, Lancashire, assisted with the maintenance of a helicopter belonging to the Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance service, an operation made considerably easier thanks to the agility and versatility of the F425RA.2.23.
The heavy-duty crane, supplied by the Fassi-authorised dealer the Crane Centre in Sandbach, is installed on a Volvo FH500 3-axle rigid truck and has a maximum hydraulic reach of 10 metres and an impressive lifting capacity of 38.74 tm.
